No teamwork, as everyone is unhappy in their role here and well underpaid.
Nobody is listened to by senior management, and forget your line manager being able to back you, nope, they're just as scared of upper management. Such a poor environment to try and grow in.
No real perks or discount, working in the festival industry, you'd think we get to attend these festivals we work so hard for. Wrong again.
CEO constantly cutting corners all around, to make a larger profit.
5 sick days a year, and yes if you're sick for 3 days with flu, that would mean you only have 2 sick days left for the rest of the year.
Staff turnaround is so high here, so no real "team feel".
The list goes on... I would not recommend working here.
