Pros
Pay and Benefits are quite competitive/strong Good team members within org Strong products & brands Opportunities for growth when your coworkers continuously quit and you get to do their work
Cons
Classic "we're a family" culture of leadership, rewards narcissistic aggressive behavior rather than actions that move the business forward. Not a family I'd want to be a part of Consistently has team members, particularly director level and above, borderline yelling at coworkers and pointing fingers across different cross functional teams Micromanagement and "fire drills" constantly All problems immediately escalated to unnecessary levels without the proper details to solve them, causing additional problems to solve No transparency across teams as everyone is afraid they will be blamed or reprimanded A number of employees had issues with harassment around gender and race, likely other issues that weren't reported Truly horrible culture from the top down. Cannot overstate how much I do not recommend working here if you have any other options.
