Pros
I had the pleasure of undertaking a marketing internship at Ferrero, and overall, it was an enriching and exciting experience. The opportunity to work with iconic brands made each day enjoyable, adding a touch of sweetness to the work environment. One of the standout aspects of the internship was the support and friendliness of the marketing teams. The atmosphere was collaborative, and colleagues were ready to lend a helping hand. This created a positive and encouraging space where learning and growth were not only encouraged but actively supported.
Cons
One aspect that could be improved upon is the salary. While the experience gained and the supportive work culture are invaluable, a slightly higher salary would better reflect the level of dedication and hard work expected from interns. It was impossible to support myself with this salary in London, especially during inflation.
