      Very stressful and toxic environment and loads of politics Incompetent HR team Very high workload and no recognition Old fashion working style No employee engagement No flexible working Rude management and team members especially in Thorntons

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
