Best company for salary sureness and welfare packages, not so dangerous for losing job even if you’re bad in your work they simply move you in another function
Cons
Not fair company, top down approach they want only yes men/woman and not really people who works Project are badly managed and everybody is managing his own field without looking to the company’s All senior mgr don’t do anything and take the bonus 100% at the end of the year, all employees work and take peanuts. Best place to work if you enter as Snr Mgr so you’re ok you’re in pension...
