Pros
nice people around, friendly and cosy atmosphere, paid sick - leaves, ability to get long vacations (i mean two-three week vacations). generally - nice place to work.
Cons
office is not very convenient, but it will be changed soon. non competitive salary. accordingly, salaries review are made once a year. absence of bonuses for non-sales departments.
