      Pros

      One of the most professional and caring companies I have ever worked for. The people were amazing and there were a number of different job options that they could train you for if you wanted.

      Cons

      I was waiting to see if the current marketing executive was returning from maternity leave to see if there was a full time job to become available. Unfortunately there was no opportunity that opened up and they were also making cuts.

      Extremely smart and driven colleagues that are firing on all cylinders on company initiatives

      Internal communication of priorities can be unclear so everything becomes a priority and then the work suffers

      Pros

      Health Benefits are amazing. Opportunities to travel to Italy, Formula One races.

      Cons

      Very negative place to work for females. Mostly men in senior leadership positions. Pay isn't great. They promise increases but it never happens. Very lean organization so not many opportunities to move up, however, for males, it seems like opportunities are created.
