None. Bunch of kids butt nobodies get promoted.

Cons

If you ain't in the clique you might as well leave. Worst place I have ever worked. They give product away to big companies and let the little guy pay for it. Guess the big company's twenty dollar bill buys more than the little ones.

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits

Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
