*Manager has mood swings and takes out emotions on employees *Manager enjoys talking about former employees and coworkers (NOT PRESENT AT THE MOMENT) in a negative manner. *Consultants talk negatively about each other, have secret chats, ignore chats when help is needed. *Pay is not good enough for the amount of work that is expected. *Commission percentages are extremely low *When an issue is presented the manager says she will work on it and instead closes her door and stays in the office to avoid issues or angry customers needing to speak with her about problems. *Dress code is only enforced in some people while others get away with unprofessional apparel. *When "free food" is offered they never bother to ask employees about any food restrictions. *Obligated to attend events off the clock with the offer that there will be alcohol but it feels like an obligation. *Diversity is almost nonexistent.
