Pros
It used to be a great place to work and the company seemed to really value its associates. Decent pay, good variety of advancement options, it was a place that you could easily stay for decades instead of years.
Cons
The whole culture of the company is changing to be completely profit-driven. We're throwing money at contractors and laying off associates. Every team is overworked, short-staffed (and getting shorter), and they've stopped sharing 'person X has left the company' announcements because so many people are heading out the door.
