Pros
Coworkers were very kind, most of middle management was empathetic. The partner companies (I.e. Build) seemed to have their act together.
Cons
Sr leadership is very much a "good ol boys club", no accountability for company and project direction, every attempt to replace Trilogie will always fail without a cohesive direction and agreement from execs/Sr leadership
