Pros

The cool factor is huge, great products, decent discounts, most coworkers are great, rock stars occasionally stroll through. CEO appears to have solid plan to attempt to grow the company in a shrinking market.

Cons

Guitar market is not getting bigger so budgets swing. The person sitting next to you could be gone tomorrow or tomorrow it could be another new person to train. Depending on your department, extreme and constant pressure. It's not uncommon to find people doing 60+ hours every week, working from home after hours, taking calls after hours, and working weekend, yet still manage to find themselves behind. The work/personal life balance has swung considerably.. There are cliques and if your part of the right ones, you'll find life a little easier. Find yourself on the outside and you'll have a difficult time. And if you love meetings, then this is the place for you. There are meetings to talk about the next meeting. If your department is behind a metric, expect a weekly or daily meeting and be well prepared for it or it will go bad. Management seems to roll every few years (not that some of them didn't deserve it), so get used to constant directional changes.

Pros

- super chill enviroment - great collegues - huge rock and roll culture - not super demanding depending on yearly projects - lots of fun activities year-round - great place to start your career; use it as a launchpad

Cons

- poor leadership; truly, IDK where they get these leaders from - you wont get any help, expect to be thrown in the deep end - frontline workers complain a lot, makes it hard to implement things
