      Sometimes payroll processes correctly, often systems are down.

      Cons

      Regular system outages surrounding payroll. Was arbitrarily laid off after five months when the ARC renewed a self directed services plan be deemed that my position was no longer justified in supporting critical functions for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism.

      My coworkers are the absolute best. I have never been employed with a large group of women and men who are very encouraging and work well together. I am extremely pleased with the benefits package as well

      The preliminary phone screening was ineffective due to a significant gap in the interviewer's technical knowledge. This was compounded by administrative unprofessionalism, specifically regarding two requested reschedules by the company before the interview took place.
