- The company is growing rapidly. Every person (including a summer intern) is able to see their work be implemented and valued. - The Felix team is made up of smart, friendly, personable, and cooperative individuals. It was a pleasure to work with everyone there. The working environment is very pleasant and comfortable. - Different groups within the company work closely together which makes for a cohesive and well-rounded experience as an employee.
