Think of all the bad things about working for a bog standard hagwon, those are the cons, because this is one

Good working environment, employees are very nice at Feinschule. Working with students is very rewarding. The pay is dependable, and there are never any issues with any of your covered benefits.

The work day, while being 9 hours (the same as many kindergartens/hagwons] is packed with lessons and very little preparation time. Only a few breaks (maybe totaling 45 minutes-1 hour) not including lunch (as you are expected to look after students during your lunch break). Management is nice but does not really look out for teacher welfare, there is no support system for teachers if they are sick or unable to work for various reasons (your lessons will be passed on to other teachers who likely have very little extra time of their own). Virtually no holidays/sick days except for government-mandated days.
