Pros

There is a great work culture at Feefo with a lot of like-minded individuals that embrace fresh perspectives. It's exciting to be in an environment where new starters are genuinely encouraged to challenge the status quo and bring new ways of working to the table. This is particularly evident across the Product, Design, and Marketing teams, where collaboration feels seamless. Since this industry is moving so fast, the innovation here is constant; I’ve enjoyed the projects I've led so far and excited for the challenges coming ahead.

Pros

-I can truely say I enjoy working with my team everyday. -Open and transparent communication across departments. -I like that I feel challenged in my role because when I hit my goals, it's that much more fufilling.

Pros

I had some lovely coworkers

Cons

Employees are not encouraged to voice concerns or challenge unrealistic expectations. A strong Senior Leadership Team should support their teams, removing roadblocks and enabling them to thrive. Unfortunately the Feefo SLT operates as a top down directive with a lack of technical knowledge. Feefo leadership appears unwilling to prioritise the creation of a strong, stable technical offering. As a result, the product team are under immense pressure to deliver flashier features which are unrealistic and the sales and business development teams are faced with unattainable goals relative to the value of the platform. When I applied to Feefo, I saw less than favorable reviews on Glassdoor referencing new leadership and a recent company merger. I took a chance that the company would rise to come back stronger under new management, but unfortunately my experience has been aligned with the reviews I initially saw.
