      Pros

      - Some good colleagues and banter - Flexibility with remote work

      Cons

      - You are not going to code. If you are hired as a software engineer your job is production support. - No best practices in terms of engineering, is all patches and short term fixes. - No QA process, testing is basically done by the clients. - Can be "forced" to travel with only a couple of days notice. - Lackluster pay, they say is at market rate but is definitely not. - Layoffs, bonus cuts, cost cutting measures done in a baffling way. - Portugal centric. If you work in another region don't expect resources or recognition for your work.

      Pros

      Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!
