The product needs a huge amount of investment and rediscovery, but instead employees are tasked with doing an unrealistic amount of manual work which is not enjoyable or effective. Consequently, staff are blamed when targets are not met, despite this being due to bad strategy, poor management, lack of product investment and virtually no personal development opportunities.
