Pros
Our mission is unique, so a lot of the projects are "new" and require us to think outside the box. Each team member is given lots of personal initiative and responsibility to make our products successful. It is a small enough organization that if you want to make something happen and contribute to the strategy, you really can, no matter your position. Also, the team is super supportive of each other and we continually acknowledge each other's progress and accomplishments. It is such a rewarding place to work!
Cons
Lots of responsibility! When a big project is happening, it is all hands on deck and expectations are high. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you love it. But of course, it can be overwhelming.
