Cons
1. Work life balance is myth. I went to work at 9.30 in the morning and came back at 12.30 in the night. 2.Only certain people from a certain community gets all the advantages. If you speak a certain language then this bank is for you. 3. You will be getting transferred to different locations and they do not ask or do any favours. Be there is any problem with your family or you have an health issue, they will transfer you to the most remote location possible. 4. Very intense office politics and the seniors prey upon juniors in everything everyday. If you are a good person, do not go in this bank. 5. If you ask for transfer or any help from the HR, count your days in the bank. 6. Constant harassment by senior officers for keeping a personal picture on my desk.
