      Pros

      Good benefits...flexible schedule....open 7 days so should be easy to work out a schedule that will work for you. variety of things to work on....if you like working with the public this is a good fit for you

      Cons

      declining print industry....in 5-10 years they will likely be 90% shipping and packing, with print just a small portion. Raises can be small and are only done annually. Employee incentives are based off constant pesky upselling.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
