401K match, benefits. Depending on your manager, you can have a good work/life balance. Clean, new facility.
Cons
Vacation time is not competitive. Everyone starts with only two weeks, which is not a negotiable part of the hiring process. There is a lot of unnecessary processes that can get in the way of progress. While a lot of the work involves cross-functional collaboration, it often turns into a "too many cooks in the kitchen" sort of situation. Not all managers provide flexibility in work schedule and demand that you're at your desk from 8:30-5, no matter what. No option to work from home. Lack of employee empowerment (specifically for individual contributors) for decision making.
