It's difficult to maintain professionalism in a retail job but at Fedex Office, everyone strives to be helpful and professional. The pay is above average and they offer good benefits for full and part timers. In currently gaining many skills through this job which include customer service skills and self management. Great place for college students as well.
Cons
You are required to follow a script which makes me sound like a robot and eliminates the human touch that makes interactions great. There is a fear that a mystery shopper ,who actually works for the company, is going to come in through the doors disguised as a customer to see if employees are following the script. Very fast paced job so you must be able to handle the pressure from customers and from management. This job is great but sometimes stress cam.get the better of someone.
