      Pros

      Staff were great to work with. Office were well organized and clean. Various positions to move around to. Huge company with discounts and perks.

      Cons

      Senior management are completely out of touch with their line staff needs and create hostile work environment. Very high turn over in team members and center management. They price gouge customers and keep the centers short staffed. Senior management are steadily increasing expectations. I would keep looking, don't work for FedEx Office. Bad employer. Need to pay higher wages.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
