Under paid for what you do and must know. All of the managers come up soo short in talent. Company cutting benefits. No creative juices. Standing all shift. Busting hump for management that doesn't really care about you. Under paid in all positions. They get what they paid for talent wise. Stay for a little while but don't stay for long as it crushes your soul and wallet. So many I work with can't afford life with these jobs. Sad.
