Pros
Old company name was American Freightways. Excellent company to work for. FedEx bought the company and things changed. Good raises still though.
Cons
Company lost its sense of employee appreciation. The sense of being a part of a team and family died. You work for supervisors with less experience in the transportation industry than you. Don't expect HR at the terminal for help. Call HR in Harrison AR. But if you do just do your job and go home for the rest of the time your employed there.
