Pros
Great pay, decent benefits, VERY flexible scheduling (for part-timers, at least), no pallet jack-related work, good job security as extra help is almost always needed.
Cons
Lazy co-workers, unknown soot-like substance all over your body at the end of your shifts, recouping freight and FALL/WINTER SEASON(S)!!!!! Working either of these seasons is absolutely brutal if you're on the night shift... Below freezing temps on WINDY nights... I honestly can't recommend that anyone voluntarily put themselves through that... I'm just telling you how it is; you decide if it's worth dealing with.
