Cons
High Turnover rate due to too many people looking for easy money for no work. Its not uncommon for people to last less than a week because they realize very quickly they may actually have to do something. It's a job where you are going to struggle at first for about a month regardless of how fit you are or how smart you are. Its just an adjustment period to get used to the environment and learning where everything goes. Once you get used to it, it becomes very simple.
