Pros
If you're wanting to get in shape, this is a great way to do it. The work is physically demanding, but if you push yourself and are determined to make it past the first week, you'll likely be dropping weight in no time.
Cons
It's early...way early. 4AM start times are routine, and during the summers, it can be pretty brutal. Drink plenty of water, and be careful when you're lifting. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you've got a 120lb. box that needs to get out of a trailer on to the belt. Your back can only take so much...
