You generally have staffing levels set to run an efficient operation. Excellent benefits package when compared to other companies in the transportation industry. Invested in online training of their employees.
Cons
Little control over the bonus as it's more corporate performance driven. Peak season in December usually means working 6 days a week with vacations blacked out between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Every district is run differently and held to different standards as the directors have freedom to operate as they see fit. Sometimes difficult to complete training while doing your regular job duties. Sometimes the pressure to show positive results can be detrimental to integrity.
