Pros
- Great management: They notice which people care about their job and which don't. They actually care about their workers If you have a problem you can walk up to them and talk to them about it - Stress can be there but for a driving job it is very relaxed - 4 day workweek - You can evolve within the company - After a set amount of time you get a full-time contract - Even contract workers enjoy certain benefits - Overtime is taken in account and will be paid or can be used for days off - You can make some extra on the weekends or 5th day if you wish - Pay is not bad given certain people's education, although for others it might be low
Cons
- 4 day workweek does mean 10 hour + workdays. - It is hard at first to get used to the working hours and speed at which some actions need to be completed. - Depending on the type of position you occupy, it can get very repetitive and boring quickly. - I know there is a certain pride in the services but clients are a bit too spoiled. - Some routes are extremely stressfull - Some people in the lower/workfloor management should have more trust in their workers
