Pros

Coworkers are fantastic, love working with them.

Cons

The culture of the company has completely changed. People do not come first, no matter the company line. They are lowballing salaries for new employees and a people who have been with the company for years are leaving fast.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth Inconsistent projects Lack of leadership presence on projects Confusion on what roles are and what they entail Lack of transparency from leadership Constant change in pay expectations; adjusting to pay employees lower, as well as unclear expectations on bonuses Some projects are great, others are a nightmare
