Fear Factory is the BEST place to work! It has an extremely kind and accepting culture while also pushing it's actors to become the best they can be.

It is a seasonal job

Fun and interesting people to work with! Super cool to be behind the scenes and be a part of such a cool show. Looking forward to walking through this year as a customer.

Hours can be long and tiring as with many attractions of this scale, so that's expected. They make a big deal about taking breaks and using them wisely. They also make a big deal about being in 'good standing', which dictates whether you get your bonus or not. The pay is pretty low for the amount of work you're doing. They try to make up for it with all sorts of raffles, awards, and bonuses but when I can't even buy one ticket for a whole nights work it's just not worth it (especially considering how many people go through every night!). The harassment by customers is also a downside. Lots of drunk people later in the night. Depending on who your supervisor is, they could care a lot or very little.
