      Pros

      Got to work on a lot of different codes and learnt about a lot of things by teaching students. The live sessions were a very good way to build confidence and communication skills

      Cons

      Sometimes you don`t have any work at all sometimes you have a little bit too much work

      1. flexible working hours, no pressure from the other end of any sort. 2. Great communication and understanding. 3. Realistic targets and no over-burden.
