Benefits, work environment, people are generally happy and respectful in the workplace. Good place to learn the basics of the auto industry.
Cons
Corporate red tape is significantly pronounced beyond the norm, budgets are not set in good faith, hire a TON of contract people to avoid commitment, and there is an attitude of "CYA" because everyone wants to work for the OEM.
