Pros
Have been an employee with Faurecia when it had only been in the US for 7 years. Now the company has grown immensely and I had the opportunity to experience it and grow with it. I very much enjoy working with such intelligent, diverse people. The innovation and ideas make me proud to be a part of it.

Seems to be more turnover now that the market has opened.
