A lot of good people. Strong training programs. Good at what they do. Opportunities to advance. Multi-national with lots of exposure to other cultures.
Cons
Can be overly burocratic and sometimes autocratic at higher levels. Production systems often very rigid and not flexible for different operations causing unnecessary waste.
