Nothing. Someone needs to take accountability and run the business. CEO needs to be a CEO. Not someone that just wants to appear on TV.
Cons
Management have no idea what staff are doing. they are to interested in disagreeing with each other and no one is running the company. No training, no development. They don’t pay you either. What company does this? Not great systems and everyone does whatever they want! Shocking recruitment process talk about their vision but no idea how to execute on building strategy, planning to drive business forward. The management do whatever not visible, They want and work flexibility so everyone else does. No one there to engage and direct and support staff. Management abuse each other and it is a blame culture. CEO has zero interest in staff. When things go wrong or people not making money they use people as scapegoats!
