None, there is no pros in going to this company

They change their businesses too frequently. The work environment is so bad that no employees were seen older than 3 months. Zero work knowledge, all founders don't even know how to talk to their employees. All employees are hard working, but they put so much pressure on one employee that they give 5 people work on one employee In the interview, they told me that there are 15 marketing people, but there were only 3, and one was an intern.

A Friendly Environment , Helpful, Respectful , I'll work again for them if I get a chance but after the cons is over.

Salary date is 18th of every Month , means when you have worked from 1 June to 30 June you'll get paid for it on 13-18 July .
