      Pros

      Fastly is an amazing place to work. Amazing management team, culture, values, products and people in general. 100% remote work and usually you have all the flexibility you need.

      Cons

      Fastly is growing fast and that leads to some issues specially regarding your objectives, that are not usually 100% clear and tend to change from one Q to another.

      If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.

      C-Suite CEO HR Everything not related to company profitability.
