To remedy this, we made the important decision to move away from an outsourced vendor and have been building our dedicated, in-house People's team since April 2025. This new team is now actively working on creating better support systems and processes for all employees.
Your feedback on the lack of growth opportunities and misaligned management is also heard loud and clear. These are critical issues that our leadership team, in partnership with our new People's team, is focused on addressing.
