Pros
Work-life balance is respected. It's very easy to submit receipts for things you need for work, reference games, etc. Very cheery culture, people say hi and are social.
Cons
Pay is not that great, but okay. No bonuses for performing well, so stopped doing my best and no one really noticed anyways. Random promotions to very unqualified people. Leadership stretched too thin. Wants to eat the cake and have it too, won't perform their duties but also want to be in charge, micromanaging etc. Bosses aren't aligned. People suspected of sexual assault were allowed to stay at the company.
