      Pros

      - Good salary - Better colleagues, you will be friends with everyone. - The office is nice and beautiful, with an indoor garden, like a greenhouse. - You can play pool with any of the colleagues. - There is an amazing annual event. - Some of higher ranks and colleagues are always paying attention to chats and wiling to help. - Office is pet friendly.

      100€ office based in 2024? Maybe it works in Malta, but if you plan to set a new office in another country, it would be great if you have checked how the offices work in that country. In Barcelona, 99% of the tech companies are hybrid, there is no spanish willing to go to the office everyday, that's one of the reasons we chose to be a software engineers. A part from that, I have only one thing to say: the onboarding. In my opinion it was not the best, I would have appreciated a tech buddy to explain me how the tech stack is build and how to read. It is not easy to read literally hunders of repos, with thousands of active branches and thousands of active PR, which most of them are not consistent or follow the same pattern. But that's only an opinion, someone might find this it's not a problem.

      Pros

      I am proud of coming here and leaving my feedback about Fast Track. I want the world to see we are not only the best CRM platform out there, but a place that embraces its employee community! I am from Brazil, and I moved to Malta in 2025 to work with Fast Track. It isn´t easy to live away from my family and friends, but the support I have at Fast Track made my journey just perfect. I have seen a huge growth in my career, and daily, I see myself evolving with the company. The close contact with my Manager, Andrew, and the CEO, Simon, makes me feel I am walking together with the company, one supporting the other. I am excited for the future of Fast Track, and I am sure this is not just a job opportunity but a life-changing experience that will add huge value to my path. The product is stable and complete, the Greco, Rewards, and AI are top-notch tech features, and I am happy to be part of this moment of Fast Track.

      As I said before, the distance from my family in Brazil is a huge factor, but I am 100% sure I can count on Fast Track to support me and add value to my purpose of being here!

      Pros

      Friendly and growth mindset environment with a lot of opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      There is no hybrid work policy, and leadership ends up being a blocker since they want to be involved in every decision and ensure we are moving in the right direction. However, this is not scalable given the accelerated growth.
