Pros
There's a lot of opportunity for growth here at Fast. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed and you will be rewarded if you put in the work. I've also had the opportunity to work closely with cross functional teams (i.e marketing, product, etc.) and collaborate with some of the smartest people I know. What speaks volume to me is that my voice at Fast is heard. Even though I am an individual contributor, Fast has made me feel that my voice matters and that I have a safe space to share feedback.
Cons
Working at a hyper growth start up, things are constantly changing and you need to be prepared for that. Fast is not for people that aren't adaptable to change. You won't be able to keep up and be successful. That said, the positives of working at a hyper growth start up made me lots of opportunities for career development and it far out way the challenges.
