Pros
Family oriented company,this is when there were fewer locations. Every one in corporate was very hands on with training the staff and making you feel at home. The discount is great if you're a plus size. Promotion is possible if you work hard, and understand the culture of the company.
Cons
Not having properly trained store managers can effect the culture of the store. There's not a shortage of under qualified store managers that are left to run some of the new location. This results in poorly trained staff, that are not happy to work and a dying culture of what the company is trying to build.
