Lots of driving in LA

Working outside, big named clients

Limited growth, insufficient lunch breaks, encouraged to skip breaks, pressured into overtime. Most of the the physical labor gets passed on to newer employees. Very strange hierarchy and not a team feeling. Management is overall inconsiderate, demanding and over complicates an otherwise simple job.
