Pros
Very financially sound (profitable) organization with good compensation and bonus opportunities if you are in management. The work schedule is also very attractive with a M-F, 7:15 to 4 pm schedule for most people.
Cons
Sr. Management team is fractured and sometimes have problems facing real issues outside of their direct view. They tend to protect their own and ignore some of their team's unprofessional/unacceptable behavior.
