If you can't pass a drug test, this place is for you! Otherwise...well....it's fun if you like to play but have no real career aspirations.
Cons
Lack of clear direction..no real company directive...no clear, defined policy...no internal promotion...no real future....lack of benefits...owner's are disconnected...complete chaos.....a complete vanity project for some rich guy...upper management is hired based upon looks, not substance...lack of real experience is a must.
