Pros
Good benefits and competitive salary. Company prides itself in hiring highly qualified employees and so the workforce is educated and very professional.
Cons
Promotions are not tied to ability but to office politics. Company has a very false annual evaluation process that while it is suppose to be calibrated is very skewed. Routinely requires that 5%-10% of its workforce will be rated as off course at year end. These individuals are then laid off in February.
