Work overload, a lot of projects were added without getting more people into the team, low recognition of efforts

- Flexible on working shifts - Amazing people working there - Good work environment - If you feel lost you have people to reach out and they will always try to help - They treat well their employees (at least on my group)

- Very difficult growth (expected on this position) - Fixed salary (no negotiation for this position) - Just useful for a student or someone looking for a side job - Not their fault but salary in Spain is not too competitive
